He has Masters and Doctoral degrees, is a Fellow of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, as well as a Diplomat of the European College of Small Ruminant Health Management and the European College of Bovine Health Management. He is the author of three other textbooks, many book chapters, and over 150 referred scientific publications.
